By creating an account with zk6apk, you expressly warrant and represent that:

• You are mentally capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

zk6apk reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above conditions at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

Registration with zk6apk creates a single, personal account tied to one individual. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the zk6apk platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or unintentionally due to forgotten credentials — will be flagged by our systems. The duplicate account will be closed and any funds held in it may be forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, national identity number (NIK from KTP where requested), valid email address, and phone number. Providing fictitious or unverifiable information will render your account invalid.
3. Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. zk6apk will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
4. KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any time we deem necessary for security purposes — zk6apk may require you to complete our KYC verification process. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport), proof of residential address, and in some cases proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
5. Account Closure: You may request closure of your zk6apk account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after KYC clearance. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under our Responsible Gaming framework.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your zk6apk account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 minutes and 24 hours (WIB, UTC+7) depending on the method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time.
• zk6apk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk or fraud checks.
• Bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be excluded from any withdrawal calculation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the zk6apk platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. Amounts displayed in your account wallet reflect IDR balances at all times.

zk6apk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion's detail page. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a prior bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5. Abuse Prevention: Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to harvest bonuses — will have their bonus winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through the zk6apk platform, regardless of product category:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your wallet balance. zk6apk reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start of an event or draw.
• Odds and Prices: All odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager. zk6apk is not responsible for technical errors that display incorrect odds; any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided at our discretion.

• Live Casino: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. zk6apk is not liable for connection interruptions caused by the player's internet service provider.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply and vary by product. These limits are displayed in the relevant product section of the platform.

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, use of bots, automated betting software, or any other artificial means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the zk6apk platform without written authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk6apk staff members or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the zk6apk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of zk6apk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar automated data gathering tools on any part of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use the zk6apk name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.

Any unauthorized use of platform content will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk6apk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay.

zk6apk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits zk6apk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your use of the zk6apk platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
